How We Review: Criteria, Sources and Honest Limits
PPGAMINGACE explains live-casino maths and terminology, and sometimes describes operators. It is an independent guide, not a casino; it takes no deposits and runs no games. Below is the method used for operator descriptions, written so that a reader can repeat it. For readers aged 21+.
What is being reviewed
Not the games' fairness, which depends on certification this site cannot inspect, and not the reader's chance of winning, which the house edge already answers. What is reviewed is disclosure: how much an operator tells a prospective player before taking money, and whether that information can be checked. A player who knows the licensee, the cashout rules and the complaint route before depositing is in a far better position than one who learns them afterwards, so that is where the attention goes.
Eight criteria
- Licence disclosure. A named licensee and regulator.
- Payment rails. Listed channels, with business payees.
- Terms clarity. Withdrawal and bonus conditions visible in advance.
- KYC rules. Documents required and the stage at which they are requested.
- Complaint route. A written procedure and an external body to turn to.
- Responsible-gaming tools. Limits, time-outs, self-exclusion.
- Support channels. Official contacts published on the operator's site.
- App distribution. How an app is supplied, and its permission requests as described by the operator.
Sources
| Source | Used for | Reliability |
|---|---|---|
| Regulator's published list | Licence disclosure | Authoritative for the date consulted |
| Operator's terms and conditions | Terms, KYC, complaints | The operator's own statement; may change |
| Operator's cashier or payments page | Payment rails | The operator's own statement; may change |
| Operator's responsible-gaming page | Player-protection tools | May not match the logged-in experience |
| Game provider's published information | RTP and rules where relevant | General; an operator's configuration is not visible |
| Public payment-system facts | How rails behave | Stable, e.g. InstaPay real-time with a per-transaction cap; PESONet batched on banking days |
Honest limits
This site has not deposited, wagered or withdrawn at operators in order to report results, and says nothing that implies otherwise. Payout times, fees, minimum and maximum amounts and bonus values are set by the operator; check its cashier page. A favourable description of disclosure is not a promise about conduct. Equally, a gap in disclosure is reported as a gap, not as proof of bad faith; the reader is told what could not be found and left to weigh it.
No scores, no order
Findings are written as sentences. There is no numerical rating and no list arranged from best to worst, because the evidence does not support that kind of comparison. Two operators can both 'state withdrawal terms' while those terms differ greatly in substance, and only reading them, not a number beside a logo, will tell you which you prefer.
Commercial relationships
Links to operators may be partner links, through which the site can earn a commission. Payment of any kind does not change wording, does not add praise and does not remove a caution. If a page would have to be softened to keep a commercial arrangement, the arrangement is the thing that goes.
Revision
Each page displays its last modified date. If an operator's published terms differ from a description here, the operator's current terms are what apply to you. Check them, and check the licensee, before you deposit.
